Dr. Xiao-Wei Chen received his B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and B.A. in Economics from Peking University in 2002. He then obtained his Ph.D. in Physiology from the University of Michigan in 2008. He conducted his postdoctoral training at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the Life Sciences Institute at the University of Michigan, where he was subsequently appointed as a research investigator in 2013. In September 2014, he joined IMM as a full-time investigator.
